I will prepare a comprehensive Market Analysis for your home.  In that analysis I will compare homes that are currently on the market, those that have recently sold and those that failed to sell, comparing “apples-to-apples” as much as possible.  I will be looking at all the details that distinguish your home from the others; the views from the windows, the layout of the property, the floor plan, and those items that can add value that a pricing model on a website cannot see.  After reviewing the data you will have a range in which your home should sell.   You and I together will determine the sales price.

I will help you get your home ready to sell with my “Curbs to Cobwebs Checklist” to ensure no detail is overlooked.   The wonderful qualities of your home need to be highlighted and any challenges you might have need to be mitigated as much as possible.  This will prepare your home to show in its best light possible.  Living in a home and living in a home while it is on the market are two different worlds and my goal is to sell your home while tying to not disrupt your home too much.
